"Tour de Taiwan" has been big trendy activities in Taiwan, since cycling become a fashionable thing to do; bicycles be fashion items. It all began in the end of 2007. Cyclists in Taiwan will always have idea to ride their bike around Taiwan once a life as a remarkable badge for a cyclist. An 1,300 kilometer journey will take 7 to 10 days to complete.
I reckon it will not happen often in States or England or other countries. The scale will be very different, however 100 to 200 kilometer a day for 7 to 10 days is enough to make a statement for a cyclist well and capability.
It just right for Taiwan, for cyclist and for Taiwanese bicycle industry.
Until 8th of June, the cyclists of Nabiis will be crossing most of counties in Taiwan.
It's not usual for a fixed gear bike to have a break lever, but for this tour most of them will fixed one on board. After all there are quite amount demanding on riding bikes for their legs. Continuing up and down hells of Taiwan will adds up what usually a fixed gear biker can bear.
