It was the news. It was a bad one.
Father told me that this afternoon. One friend of my family, or a father's friend, lost their young daughter late last year.
And then very sentences become past tense.

To know a person died as my age is a highly surreal feeling to me; even she was few years younger. I do feel sorry about it, but I'm not able to sense the death. As I'm writing this, I can still see her smile and her height. She was a tall girl; a girl you would see from distance, especially when she was decorated with her smile. We didn't become friends. I always saw her when two families' gathering, we hadn't saw each other in any private matter. Somehow I had a close feel to her; it might come form our parents' close relation or the looks she shared with her family. She inherited her father's optimistic, and always carried a smile and her good manner. She's a beauty, but at this moment she was failed to continue carrying her inheritance to anywhere.

Her father is one of father's colleagues when he worked in Tai Power. Their friendship carries on after my father's resign for his collage study. His age is years younger than father's, it might the reason I' easy to feel close to hem and his family. There is an interesting example: when father owns a Passat; his drives a Vento. Sorry to him.

It's very difficult and hard to picture her death; only her death involves a vehicle incident.











It reminds me there was another died young, one of my mother's cousin's daughters. This girl seemed always have good time when she and her sisters paid their visit. In my memory she also had a lovely smiling face.
Before her death I hardly saw her once a year, now it might just pull this period longer than it was.
